We are The Hunt Family and this is our small, family business. Brady and Lola along with our children, Nathan, Sophie, Carter and Charlotte love to create! Everything is designed, made, cutout, painted, stained, glued, nailed, packaged and shipped by one of us (except the toddler, she oversees all operations).
We live in sunny Arizona where all of our products are created. In addition to online selling, we are often at local handmade markets and events throughout Arizona (and even a few in California). Do you provide International delivery?
As of right now, we only ship to the USA.
How do I return an item?

All return shipping costs is the buyer's responsibility.
What is your returns policy?
Returns can be made with the buyer providing shipping of the item back, plus a 10% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the return transaction. Custom orders are NON RETURNABLE.
How do I track my order?
All items are sent first class USPS with tracking. Upgraded shipping is available, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. It will take 3-5 business days to process each order. Custom orders allow 2 weeks.
How can I place a custom order?
Contact us via email email@example.com with your idea and we will be happy to create something custom for you. A $20 non-refundable fee will apply before any design work begins, that payment will go towards the final purchase price. Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks to complete.
What are your delivery options?
We ship USPS, first class, after 3-5 days to process orders. Priority shipping is available at additional cost. Local pick up is free!
All of our products at The Treasure Hunts are handmade or hand crafted, they are one of a kind creations and not factory manufactured. As a result products will have subtle variations and imperfections from one piece to the next, caused by variations in painting, staining, wood grain as well as the hand crafting. These imperfections are what make your order unique. No two orders are alike.
The images, descriptions and measurements you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. We must advise that although we try our utmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of our products cannot be 100% accurate. All orders are thoroughly inspected for any fixable imperfections before shipping. Any flaws left unattended that you may receive are those that are part of the handmade process and cannot be altered.
We like to celebrate the unique nature of each and every single product we sell. As well as the desirability that goes with the knowledge that you are buying a one of a kind, hand crafted item.
